2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Bananaa are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices listed on the website are final, inclusive of applicable taxes, and may change without prior notice.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.

  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, there is a ৳120 delivery charge. No advance payment is required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dhaka City: Home delivery is available for ৳70, with Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery is handled via courier/home service and typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Bananaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns & exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
✅ The product is unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
❌ Used, washed, or altered products.
❌ Return requests made after 48 hours.
❌ Size change requests (please check the size chart before ordering).

5. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Bananaa is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product details.
