Return and Exchange Policy

At Bananaa Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Charges & Payment Methods

🔹 Dhaka City – Home Delivery (৳70)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka City Corporation areas.
Customers can check the product upon delivery and then pay the delivery agent.

🔹 Outside Dhaka – Nationwide Home or Courier Delivery (৳120)

No advance payment required.
Customers can pay Cash on Delivery when receiving the parcel.
Home delivery is available in most thana (sub-district) headquarters.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure quality checks before dispatch, but if there is an issue, we accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted If:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

❌ Not Accepted If:

The product has been used, washed, or altered.
The return/exchange request is made after 48 hours.
The request is for size change (please refer to the size chart before placing an order).
